Skewed Visions, a Minneapolis based performance collaborative, wanted a mark that would be flexible and reflect their hand-made, site-specific aesthetic. Accreted history, space and place, found objects, and memory are the material they work with. The identity also needed to bridge multiple activities they sponsor in collaboration with their audience and other members of various arts communities in the Twin Cities. The result is a flexible kit of parts that overlays images from their productions, and that reflect their aesthetic for use in promoting their work.
